Chammomile tea is a relaxant…SleepyTime Tea, I think by Lipton's is a good tea to help you relax before bedtime. KavaKava is an herbal supplement that you can take, Valerian root (in pill or tea form, but it stinks like dirty sweat socks (!)…actually, the stinkier the better quality it is, so the pill form is a bit more popular), you could try melatonin supplements but thats usually only recommended for short amounts of time and under the supervision of an experienced homeopath. Some essential oils are great for promoting a sense of calm and relaxation…geranium, lemon balm (Melissa), lavender, jasmine, rose, marjoram, neroli…to name a few =).
