Anyone Know Natural Home Remedies To Help Me Sleep?
I can't sleep at night. I was addicted to sleep aides and decided to wing myself off of them. Now I get little to no sleep. I have headaches, my doc said to take the damn things, but I don't want to fill my body with a substance that is unnatural, and frankly I hate answering a million questions at 4:30 a.m. at yahoo answers. Please someone help me!

It sounds like you have sleep problems and maybe a toxic liver. the headaches can indicate liver problems. Also if you are waking up between the hours of 1-3am that is an indication of a toxic liver. L-tryptophan can help with the sleep. I would look online for livatrate or livachol. They are liver supplements that I have taken that really help.
