    First it needs to be established why you have insomnia. I suggest you see a doctor.

    EDIT: Soul Doctor, you say "please do not exceed the given dosage and under any circumstances" – why not? You’re talking about homeopathy, ITS ONLY WATER OR SUGAR PILLS. Have you ever done trials on all of these remedies and know what the overdose effects are?

    waking up early and letting the sun light hit your face for like 5 to 10 minutes to reset your internal clock. sunlight during morning is great for vitamin D production from the skin and isn’t as harmful as the 11pm to 3pm rays

    It depends on the cause. See a doctor to determine if there is any physiological cause for your insomnia. If not then it’s likely related to your mental health, a doctor will be able to direct you from there.

    Never use homeopathy for anything. It’s nothing but a scam to cheat sick people.

    A soak in a tub of warm water before you hit the pillow also helps you to sleep well.
