always tired?
Maybe it’s just my job but I always feel like s*** when I wake up even throughout the day. I get plenty of sleep and exercise in the morning. I thought I had sleep apnea but the docs think there’s nothing wrong with me. If you’re in the military of course they’re gonna say their is nothing wrong with you.
You could have depression. Constant tiredness is a sign of depression, which I have struggled with for years. How is your mood? Have you tried an antidepressant? I would go see another doctor and get a second opinion.
